About Highbourne Deer Farms
Highbourne Deer Farms are located in Dallastown PA,
a short distance from York. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the owner
and staff and touring the farm with the farm manager and my family last
year. While visiting, I learned a lot about red deer and deer farming,
a subject that I never knew existed.
Did you know that venison is a red meat comparable
to chicken with respect to calories and fat? A nutrition chart comparing
