A 12 week teleclass designed for committed individuals who are ready for a break through in life or business. Each participant will define a goal to achieve in the next 90 days. Buddy systems will be set-up to provide contact, support and accountability in between

5 Key Steps to Achieving Your Goals:

1.	*Determine Goal*	Define what you want clearly and concisely. Use your imagination.
2.	*Visualize Success*	Begin with the end in mind. Have a vision of the end result. Decide how you would act on a day to day basis if you had achieved that goal.
3.	*Create Destiny Map*	Make a collage or poster board with pictures of your goals. Hang it up where you can see it. This helps you create a visual picture in your mind.
4.	*Daily Action*	Take steps daily toward achieving your goal, no matter how small. As you start the goal setting process don’t worry about how it will happen. Things become clear as you take your actions. A body in motion tends to stay in motion.
5.	*Support System*	Set up systems that will support you in staying in action. Prioritize your to-do list around your goals. Find someone who will support you and hold you accountable to your action steps.

This teleclass is designed to incorporate each of these steps to assure your success. You will learn criteria to set achievable goals and each week you will plan the actions that will lead to the achievement of the goal. Your partner will support you in taking the actions you commit to.

You will track your progress daily by keeping track of integrity points (Points earned through honoring your commitments)
