| Who I am:
I am married and the mother of two wonderful children here in Rochester, New York. My strong family values and a sincere desire to help others achieve more of what they want in life and in business prompted me to move into coaching. I believe strongly that if you live your life according to your values, your goals are achieved more effortlessly. Forcing, pushing or pulling someone toward a goal does not work. Coaching Practice: Coaching is about changes -- life long changes. It is not just about achieving goals. In my coaching practice, I work primarily with professionals and small businesses. I am dedicated to helping people define and make their vision a reality. A lot is asked of my clients, and I hold their vision for them, when they have trouble seeing it for themselves.
